By accessing or using this website, submitting an owner-operator application, requesting information, or otherwise interacting with Marvel Logistics Inc. (“Marvel Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not use this website or submit information through our forms or surveys.
2. Our Services
Marvel Logistics Inc. operates in the transportation and logistics industry. Our website and application pages may provide information about owner-operator opportunities, carrier onboarding, dispatch and administrative support, equipment requirements, insurance estimates, settlements, and related transportation services.
Information displayed on this website is provided for general informational and recruiting purposes. It does not create an employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, lease agreement, guaranteed load commitment, or guaranteed income arrangement. Any final business relationship is governed by separately executed agreements.
3. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information when using our forms, surveys, or application pages. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, or provide false information about your identity, driving history, equipment, business, insurance, licensing, or qualifications.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding, work, freight availability, revenue, mileage, or any particular business result.
4. Owner-Operator Applications and Recruiting
When you submit an application or inquiry, Marvel Logistics may review your contact information, equipment details, operating preferences, qualifications, and other information needed to evaluate whether our program may be a fit.
We may contact you regarding your application, missing information, qualification status, onboarding requirements, document requests, scheduling, service updates, or related business matters. You are not required to consent to marketing text messages as a condition of submitting an application or receiving services.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Marvel Logistics Inc. SMS Program
When you separately opt in to receive text messages, Marvel Logistics Inc. may send messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the consent you select, messages may include owner-operator application follow-ups, qualification updates, appointment or call reminders, document and onboarding reminders, service notifications, operational updates, special offers, recruiting opportunities, or other marketing communications.
Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting an application, or being considered for an owner-operator opportunity. Marketing and non-marketing consent choices may be presented separately. We will send messages only in accordance with the consent selections you make.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your application status, requests, activity, and the type of messages you agreed to receive. You may receive recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from Marvel Logistics Inc. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.
If you later want to receive messages again, you may opt in through the same or another authorized sign-up method.
Help and Support
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] or +1 (786) 319-9323.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers and Availability
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability. SMS services may not be available on all devices, carriers, or locations.
Mobile Information and Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service or messaging infrastructure, is permitted when needed to operate our services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Email, Telephone, and Other Communications
When you provide your email address or telephone number, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, application, requested services, account, onboarding, or other business-related matters, subject to applicable law and the communication permissions you provide.
You may ask us to stop non-essential promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. Transactional or application-related communications may continue when reasonably necessary to respond to your request or administer an existing business relationship.

Any revenue, earnings, mileage, insurance, deduction, or settlement examples shown on our website are estimates or illustrations only. They are not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on freight availability, market conditions, equipment, lanes, operating decisions, home time, driving record, insurance underwriting, claims history, expenses, performance, and other factors.
